I personally for one usually don't give out 5 star or excellent approvals , because I think there is always room for improvement. But let me tell you Stone Hearth Firewood will receive 5 stars from me. Mike is very knowledgeable about his product, and will make sure you understand the difference between kiln dried and seasoned wood. Mike was very polite and punctual , and will accommodate you the best that he can on to where to drop the firewood. I will in the future be doing business with Mike and his father. On the BTU's on the wood, I am building an addition and it is insulated but roughed in. It stays around 75* and the wood burn time is around 6 to 8 hours depending on how you damper it. Very pleased. Thank You!

The wood I received from Mike and Peter was excellent.
Further, in an attempt to help me by placing the firewood closer to my wood shed, Mike’s truck got stuck in my yard. Mike didn’t get upset, and was apologetic - for trying to make MY life easier! I was very impressed with every aspect of Mike’s business.
